Shipping & Exchange Policy
We provide tracked shipping for orders within Australia and New Zealand.
Depending what state you are in postage can take 1-7 working days.
Unfortunately we do not offer worldwide shipping at this stage.
Your order will arrive within 2-7 working days in most cases.
If more than 10 working days have passed please email us to review the status of your order.
Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There is no refund for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to replace rather than refund. Any refunds or replacements are approved or denied by our manufacturer and they make the final call.
There is no refund for change of mind.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will exchange hair if you have chosen the wrong colour. Postage is at your cost. Please post back in a tracked parcel bag and include an extra tracked bag so we can post out your replacement. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your hair. Hair must be in its original packaging, gold bands must not have been tampered with, hair must not have been worn or broken apart. Due to hygiene regulations we can not exchange or refund worn or tampered with hair.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should use a trackable shipping service.. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Who pays for international import duties and taxes?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Hair for hope has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency
